Terms & Conditions

By making your deposit for your bespoke or made-to-measure garment, or requesting an alteration, you agree to the following terms and conditions. A transaction cannot be made if you do not agree to these terms. If you have any questions or issues, please get in touch via email or directly.

Payment

A deposit or full payment is required for all bespoke or garment purchases, with final payment taken on collection or in instalments. A deposit may be required for alterations or repairs. There is no charge for initial consultation on alterations/repairs, there may be a charge for bespoke consultation that will be taken off the final price. Prices are not set; we are not bound by any guide price provided in the consultation process. All garments remain the property of Caitlin Tinnion Bespoke until final payment is accepted.

Alterations/Repairs

Amendments will be made at no extra cost if the repair or alteration fails within 1 month. Amendments can be made if you are not happy with the outcome, however this will incur a charge as not due to a fault of the job. No liability is accepted if the garment deteriorates while in our possession due to previous wear/age.

Refunds

All products are made-to-order or bespoke, therefore cancellations or changes must be made within the first 36 hours of placing the order. Should you wish to cancel your order within this period, please email caitlintinnionbespoke@gmail.com. Due to the nature of the products provided, refunds cannot be guaranteed once production has begun. Deposits are not refundable, representing all costs, time and work taken by Caitlin Tinnion Bespoke. If a refund is agreed, any costs, time and work carried out will be deducted from the refundable deposit. A refund of this type is at the discretion of Caitlin Tinnion Bespoke.

Content Accuracy

All images representing product/services are shown as close to real life accuracy as possible. Colour representation through a screen may differ from real life so we cannot be held to that standard. All information and descriptions are checked regularly and updated. Images on the site are a representation of made to order products and will differ according to personal body shape, measurements, and design. With bespoke tailoring, every aspect of the design can be decided by the customer so only a visual ideation can be provided.

All information, media and content made available on the website is the property of Caitlin Tinnion Bespoke and is protected by copyright laws and treaties across the world. Any reproduction, redistribution, publishing, manipulation, or distribution in any format, of any of the content or copies of the content on the website or provided to you is prohibited and may result in civil or criminal penalties. ‘Content’ is defined as graphics, photographs, video, text, and image rights on this site.

Personal information such as name, email and phone number are collected when you make an order, use the contact form or during the initial consultation. All personal information is stored in accordance with GDPR guidelines. We may use this information to contact you about your purchase/enquiry. Information taken for orders, including measurements and design requirements, is kept indefinitely, and stored in accordance with GDPR guidelines. Currently, there are no promotional communications, such as e-mail newsletters. If this changes you will be notified and given the option to opt out. Your information will not be passed on to third parties unless at your request.
